Your order will be carefully packaged and dispatched to you and delivered within the timeframe of the delivery option you have selected.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Once you have purchased from us, we want you to enjoy your products as quickly as possible. Our delivery services have been designed to offer the best service and flexibility while keeping our prices as low as possible.

All products purchased from the Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you have received confirmation of shipping but your products have not arrived, please ensure that you have allowed sufficient time according to the estimated delivery times provided to you on your Shipping Confirmation Email.

There are a range of delivery options depending on your location:

United Kingdom Standard Delivery

This service includes the United Kingdom Mainland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands but excludes the Channel Islands. We aim to have your order with you within five (5) working days and no signature is required.

This service includes Saturday deliveries where possible.

A signature is required for any packages over one hundred pounds (£100) in value.

Where delivery is not possible, the parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office sorting office and you will receive a notification of attempted delivery card.

United Kingdom Express Delivery

This service includes the United Kingdom mainland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands but excludes the Channel Islands. If we receive your order by 1.00pm (GMT/BST), we will dispatch your order the same day. Delivery should take place the following day.

Upon delivery of your order, a signature will be required.

This service includes Saturday deliveries where possible. Any packages over one hundred pounds (£100) in value cannot be delivered on a Saturday.

Dependent upon the carrier used for this service, and if you are not able to take delivery of your order, the parcel will be taken to either your local Post Office sorting office or the carrier’s local depot. You will be advised which location on the attempted delivery notification card the carrier leaves at the delivery address.

European Union Standard Delivery

Deliveries are Monday - Friday We aim to have your products to you within seven (7) working days, and no signature is required. Saturday delivery may be possible, but this varies by country. If you are not able to take delivery of your order, the parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office sorting office.

Member States of the European Union (excluding United Kingdom) are:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

European Union Express Delivery

If we receive your order by 1.00pm (GMT / BST) we will dispatch your order the same day. Delivery should take place within one to three working days, dependent upon destination country.

Non European Union Standard Delivery (including Channel Islands)

We aim to have your order with you within fifteen (15) working days. Upon delivery or your order, a signature will be required.

Non European Union Express Delivery (including Channel Islands)

If we receive your order by 1.00pm (GMT / BST) we will dispatch your order the same day. Delivery should take place within one to seven working days, dependent upon destination country. Upon delivery or your order, a signature will be required.

Note on All Non European Union Orders (including Channel Islands)

The total invoice cost advised to you will exclude United Kingdom VAT as non European Union orders are exempt.

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Aquapride is not responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance, and our customers must pay for these in full. Aquapride has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Returns

You may return new, unworn or unused products within twenty-one (21) days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the goods. Items should be returned in their original packaging and where relevant, with their original hygiene slips in place. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

We reserve the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that these return guidelines only apply to products purchased on the Website. We cannot accept returns of product purchased elsewhere.

Please return products with your original order form within twenty one (21) days of receipt of your order. You will need to pay for the postage of any items you return. If you are returning faulty, damaged or goods sent incorrectly by us, we will refund your postage costs upon verification.

When you receive products you have ordered, we recognize that you will want to try them on to ensure the fit and feel of the item is as you envisaged. Many of our products are worn next to the skin, so please bear this in mind when trying them on, and wear underwear beneath.

Please remember, we can only issue you with a refund if the returned product concerned is in a fully re-saleable condition.

Most of our products have swing-tickets attached which explain something specific about the item. Do not remove these swing-tickets. If they are found to have been removed, we will be unable to offer a refund.

Please ensure you include the completed returns form inside your package.

Please make sure that your return package is packed and sealed securely (in the original packaging if possible). Packages must be returned with the freight prepaid. We recommend the use of an insured parcel service, such as UPS or by registered mail.

All returns will be refunded to you via your original form of payment once they are received at our distribution centre. Allow up to thirty (30) days for the credit to appear on your statement.

• All items must be returned to us in their original condition with the original product packaging.

• Your statutory rights are not affected.
• These returns guidelines only apply to products purchased on this website. We cannot accept the return of Aquapride products purchased elsewhere.

Seven Day Cooling Off Period

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have seven (7) working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund on the goods only, but you must return the cancelled items to us at your cost. We recommend you use a carrier service that requires a signature.
